My minecraft worlds keep getting deleted for no reason

It's been 3 times already in which my minecraft worlds have been permanently deleted, the first time my entire gallery of wolds was deleted out of nowhere, in the second and third, my survival worlds have been deleted completely without warning, why does this keep happening.
