Jurassic World won't load/create world

Hi! I recently purchased Jurassic World DLC for PS4. The purchase and download were successful.  When I go to create a world, a screen pops up saying "initiating world template", but then after a moment it goes back to the "create world" screen and a world never loads.  I haven't been able to play this DLC yet.  I've tried restoring licenses and restarting both the game and the console, but this hasn't worked.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
