Microsoft blocks Cuban servers

The problem is that I am Cuban and I want to log into my Xbox live account and at the end of the entire record the "shiny stone error" appears. Well then he used a VPN to be able to log in and it starts but if I turn it off and start a normal session it doesn't let me and the error appears.
