A Bug Where Portal Can't Lit Up

This is A Bug In Bedrock Where The Portal Didn't Lit Up, The Effect Was Clear and All We Required To Put Vines Obsidian then Lit Up The Portal and then the vines will get destroyed by Fire But The Portal Wasn't Lit Up.
