fallen from high palce and died returning from end world

Hi, on my realm ZPARKY , i was playing in the end world. i did sleep in bed in from of portal, when i return to normal work using the end portal, i died, gear was not there i was at the bed a=i slept before going in . i tested again smae thing, died from high place, when returning from end world. Lost several nice gear not funny . need your help to fix this bug and get gear back .
