Disney's Frozen- Player Skins Not Loading

I purchased the Frozen pack when it was released. It had worked fine until around the released of Update 2.24- Caves & Cliffs Part 1. Currently 2/28 skins will load properly (Anna & Coronation Anna) Travel Anna only has the torso, head, and left arm fully loaded. The rest of the skins are completely invisible. Every other pack that I have installed has loaded all skins fine except this pack. I have looked around, but I cannot seem to find a solution to this glitch.
