Certain imported skins completely broken

Whenever I use certain skins on my PC from the import option, some of the skins get these weird patterns on them that the skin usually didn't have, almost like the skin faces are glitching with another skin or something. It doesn't happen on some skins, but around 30 percent of all my imported skins have this happen to them. Also, the glitched faces on the skins sometimes change to different glitched faces. My brother plays on an iPad and the same thing happens to him as well, so I happen to know it's not just an issue with my PC. Do you know what is happening?
