Mobs stop spawning when additional players join world.

Mob spawning not working when my siblings join my minecraft survival server.
Me and my siblings started playing minecraft survival on my server and then after a while mobs stopped spawning, even when I had mob spawning enabled. Also when i'm by my self in the server the mob spawning works just not when my siblings join.
