Planks no longer craftable

When I try to craft planks, the only versions available are Crimson planks and Warped planks. Every other version is missing (Oak, Spruce, etc). So, I'm just stuck with a bunch of oak logs.

To clarify, I have oak logs. I press "X", which pulls up my crafting screen. Oak planks are not an option. So I go to the crafting table. Still can't find them. I select "All," so that it shows me everything that is possible to craft whether I have the materials or not and the only planks listed anywhere are Crimson and Warped.
