Earn Achievements in Creative Server

I decided to created a server for me and my friends on Bedrock Edition. I noticed that by using the command prompt in a survival world, I could get items and be in creative mode with achievements still on. This can allow people to get several achievements and items with the game still considering survival and cheat-free. I'd consider this a "game-breaking" glitch as it literally allows people to get infinite diamonds, netherite, etc.. I linked an image below of me getting an achievement while in creative mode. I hope this bug is fixed soon...
