Flowering Azalea visual bug

I put a flowering azalea into a plant pot, then retrieved it, the azalea stayed in the plant pot, but i got a 'ghost' flowering azalea in my inventory, whenever i updated my inventory, e.g buttons or placing a block, it disappeared
