In creative, breaking any type of door drops the door (random)

Issue: when breaking any type of door in creative, it has a chance to drop the door as a item, wich shouldn't be possible

Steps to Reproduce: Take any door from the creative inventory, and then place it, with a random chance it has a possibility to drop the door
