Imported skin becomes glitched

After using the import skin feature, the skin appears on the title screen and in game either covered in random pixels, but usually on the skin's second layer. It is different in every instance it is shown. Sometimes it has parts of other skins on it, or the actual imported skin is shifted over. It appears to other players on multiplayer as well. It was a funny gimmick at first, but is now only frustrating.
