no one can join my sever/world when I'm host

Every time I'm hosting a server/world, none of my friends can join me. I am NOT in the beta program and the multiplayer option is turned on. If someone else hosts, then I can join them with no problem. (attachment 1 is prof that the multiplayer option is turned on and the 2nd attachment is my friend trying to join the same server/world) update: I still can’t join people even when it is local. Can this be a firewall problem?
