Trophies Obtained Before Switch To Bedrock Not Syncing Making Them Add Related Items Unobtainable

Any trophies/achievements obtained before the PlayStation version was upgraded to bedrock will not sync or register in the console version of bedrock rendering them and any items obtained via getting them unobtainable.
