lots of items in inventory, drops performance

when i have a lots of items in creative it drops performance on about 47-10 or more less and if im in survival it drops performance by 17-1/1 unplayable in survival. i have done research and i have done doing render distance to 8, graphics to low and etc, but still this kind of problem occurs
