Failed to download texture packs and worlds

I wanted to download texture pack for minecraft from the marketplace and everything was normal. The download started as it should and finished normally then when it comes to importing the content it doesn't show any progress and after about 30 seconds. I get the message that it failed to download. I tried it with several worlds and packs but none of them worked.
