soaked sponge, do not deflect drip under water

the soaked sponge must not drip from under the water, as it is in the water; example: sharp speleothems do not drip when flooded with water.

As soon as the sponge is soaked, and it's out of water or in another dimension, it's okay for it to drip; BUT!!! Under water. THAT MAKES NO SENSE.
