Being teleported and spawn pointed very far away from spawn

On my friends realm a glitch happened to where he got randomly teleported to a random location away way from spawn and the other person following him got teleported on a not cheats survival multiplayer sever to me randomly and so now he has no tools 100+ under deepslate and he says he's in hell.
