Powdered snow unrenders when sufficiently far away. Edit: Duplicate

Powdered Snow unrenders after you are 128 blocks away in both simulation distance 4 and 6. Happens in both the normal gameplay and the experimental gameplay.

Method of Replication:
1.Place powder snow bucket down (or find naturally generating powder snow)
2. move 128+ blocks away.
