The purchases I made are not all transfering.

I payed for the Starwars prequel skin pack on Nintendo switch with Microsoft account and it would not transfer however if I pay for a skin pack or world on Xbox it transfers to the Nintendo switch. It's not just the Starwars prequel skin pack that won't transfer there's Skin pack1, Battle & beasts skin pack, Campfire tales. There's also Biome settlers skin pack1.    Hope you can help me with this issue as it baffles me.                                   -Deen
