Loading screen fades to the wrong color iOS only

The loading screen fades to the wrong color. It fades to white from the Mojang Studios logo, and then snaps to gray with the loading screen.

How to reproduce:

1. Load Minecraft
2. Observe the loading screen

Observed results: The loading screen fades to White then snaps to Gray

Expected results: The loading screen should fade to Gray
