Skeletons Are Not Scared of Wolves

I noticed skeletons were not running away from my wolf and were actually shooting at it instead of running. I've kinda noticed this with creepers and cats as well, it takes the creepers awhile to turn around and run away until there are almost right next to the cat. Thanks.
