Below Y= 0 there is nothing generating except stone there are also less diamond ores! (With Experimental gameplay Caves&Cliffs turned on)

I don't know is it issue or what but as you can see in the attachments below there is nothing except stone generating below Y= 0 there are also fewer/less ores please fix this if it's a bug.
