Crit particals appear around player when crit-hitting the dragon

When crit-hitting the ender dragon, you shall find that crit particals appear both around the dragon and the player. 

Steps to reproduce: crit-hit the ender dragon

Expected results: crit particals appear around the dragon, but none around the player

Observed results: crit particals appear both around the dragon AND the player

This can be seen both in first-person and third-person point of view. 

There is a screenshot below indicating the problem. You can see crit particals around the player. There are more crit particals around the dragon, which is where the crit particals should appear.
