Can't Sign In

When I downloaded Minecraft I tried to sign in to my device and checked if my account was a Microsoft and Xbox and whenever I tried to sign in on that it always said the page couldn't be found after trying many times and it says can't sign in, and says Error Code: Bat. Please fix this.
