World not secure

I just updated to the latest version yesterday, created a survival world and played for over half an hour, then I have work to do so I save the world. By evening when I reopened the world, it was destroyed in many places. calculation, it is broken to bedrock, more than 5 chunks destroyed. I don't understand why my world was broken, no one entered my world that day. I hope the community solves it for me.
