Dropping a Item Isn't A Smooth Animation

Summary: If a player were to throw a item out of their inventory or drop it they will experience lag or see the item teleport 5-6 times but the animation isn't smooth.

Steps To Reproduce:
Step 1: Grab a Item in Creative or a Item in Survival.
Step 2: Drop the Item.
Step 3: Repeat.

Observed Result: Items when dropped after 1.17.2 don't have a smooth animation like 1.17.1 or 1.17 Bedrock/1.17 Java.

Expected Result: Items that a player drops should have a smooth animation and not look glitchy.
