Generation changes in bedrock editions removing old chucks bedrock between 0 and -64

As 1.18 is still to come. My hopes are for the bedrock edition that when loading old worlds in 1.18 that old chunks will be lowered down to -64 with the caves generation in between the old level where players normally played and seen the bedrock at around 0, down to the new level.

I would also like to ask a minor feature Bedrock can be obtained but not the bedrock at -64 this would be called solid bedrock, as for which pickaxe only netherite pickaxe can break bedrock.

When I loaded my legacy edition world into bedrock there was a few floating pieces of bedrock from the legacy world generation and I thought It would be cool if it was breakable because you would not fall out of the world because it was on a high horizontal plane.
