Capes have disappeared from character creator

I had both the founder's cape and the pancape, and neither of these appear in my character creator any more. I still have the founder's cape as "owned" in the store, though it only works on the steve or alex skins and not as a cape on its own. Both of these used to work perfectly. I do not know where the pancape has gone.
