Passing through blocks due to elytra bug.

We're passing through blocks because of wearing elytra. I can't attach the video but I do have a link that I uploaded it.
Everytime I get stuck in a block and then boom I die just because of it.
I tried it when I don't have it on and reloaded the game worked perfectly please fix this bug.
It led to multiple deaths in my world please fix it
