My Minecraft is not at all working

Dear Mojang,

My Minecraft seemed to be working fine a few days ago but today when I opened it all my settings were reset and when I pressed on the settings button to fix them it just kept on loading and loading without stop. I waited but there was no change so I tried reinstalling and it worked fine. The next day I came back and it was loading again. I reinstalled again and It fixed but when I closed and reopened the app the loading was back. Please fix this as I cannot play my realm and it is about to expire. Even when I open my worlds it completely freezes at the 'Let's Go' screen.
