Juke box never works

Ever since I got Minecraft back in 2019 for iPad the juke box never works, every time I put a disk in it the parrots will dance and my friends can hear it but I can’t hear it and my game volume and device volume is all the way up and still nothing works I’ve never heard any of them in game please help
