I can't leave the Minecraft Beta.

I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps, but I'm still in Beta.
When I've tried to use the Command Prompt window, I've got the communicate:
'Get-AppxPackage' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
