RTX packs saying that my PC doesn't have RTX capabilities

I have used the RTX pack (Truly Vanilla RTX) before, but sometimes it bugs out and gives me a warning about my pc not being compatible for RTX. Usually restarting minecraft worked, but at the moment I have restarted everything- and it still says that.
(I have an Nvidia RTX 2060)
