Level 30 enchantment table gives bad enchants

Hello,

when I want to enchant with 30 levels, for example a pair of diamond pants, it only gives me protection 30, only that, nothing else. In Java edition it always gives me 2 or more entchants.
This always happens when I want to enchant in my world, with all my tools.
