Purchased minecraft on my android tablet and it did not install

have purchased minecraft thru google play store for  google account name D Chambers today and it did not install 

The app purchase loops indicating that i already own the app but will not launch installation

As you can see the bottom purchase is the first with a couple of successive attempts which resulted in the loop.

Please help
