My realm keeps resetting and rolling back 30 mins to an hour, v 1.17.2

The realm, on which many people play on, resets regularly, making it impossible to do projects. I play on a Xbox, but the same problem occurs to those playing on any device, such as nintendo switch, iOS, xbox, PC.

Basically, you could do work and gather items while in game, but once every hour, the game will randomly kick you out, saying you disconnected, and people have lost 30 minutes + worth of work

This same bug happens to everyone who plays on the realm, and we don't know what to do because it makes it basically unplayable.
