Losing My inventory when realm crashed

Basically what happened was the realm that I have with my friends crashed yesterday. I joined the realm today and my whole inventory is gone. I have no armor and all my levels are gone. I didn't die since I was just in my house but for some reason all of my stuff is gone. For my friends, it reset the realm and pushed it back 10 minutes. The reason it crashed was because they tried to bring parrots through the portal.
