Minecraft does not work

On my PS4 my account is the only one effected, I can’t load my world or create another one, any other account on my playstation doesn’t have this issue. I tried taking the disc out cleaning it, deleted and reinstalling Minecraft. I have also made sure I have the most recent update. I did talk to some people on a forum I think and they sent me a link to here and told me it’s most likely a bug and to make a report to help this from happening to others. Thank you!
