Seed: Coastal Village (-1813740965); Survival Mode; Normal Difficulty; Infinite Size; world created in Windows 10 PC Bedrock v1.17.2 Hot Fix.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter the Nether via a portal
2. Visit 9 Bastion Remnants to find the Pigstep Music Disc; 
3. Open chests (3 - 13 per Bastion) in Bastion Remnant and review the contents; 

Observed Results: no Pigstep Music Disc;

Expected Results: Loot table should contain at least 1 Pigstep Music Disc.
