Enchanting Books not applying all enchantments

Trying to add enchantments to items wasn't working after the 2nd update. I figured maybe my anvil was breaking or glitching somehow. I proceeded to make a new 1,it will now allow me to add the enchantment book to my item but it's not adding all of the enchantments. Rather puzzling. 

I did search for the problem and found a similar problem I'm experiencing with things vanishing. Being I'm running a realm. I figured people were being careless. After lengthy discussions no one has been on. So perhaps they are somehow linked to a corrupt file install.?. 🤔
