My Life in Sakura Shores CRASHES

We purchased "My Life in Sakura Shores", from Imagiverse, to use on Minecraft (latest edition 1.17.2).
We could not load the world on our iPad Air 2 (software 14.6), it kept crashing.
We then tried on our iPad 8th generation (software 14.6), we could enter the world, but only for 2 minutes before the game also crashes.
No other worlds cause this problem.

Please assist.
