Igloos generate incorrectly rotated redstone torches

Inside some igloos, the redstone torches can generate on the side of the carpet. I have provided an example seed and location, as well as a screenshot. This has been reproduced by friends on all bedrock platforms, making this a generation issue. The expected result is for the redstone torch to be placed on the floor.
