Fire is invisible after blowing up a bed

(Console: Xbox One S 1TB, OS: Xbox OS Beta(Non Delta)) After blowing up a bed in the nether, fire still exists and still burns the player. Placing a block underneath seems to fix the issue. I am on a 1.16 World
