nether portals sending me to same coordinate as overworld. meaning when I enter the Nether I'm thousands of blocks from home. it happnes everytime I log into my world. literally everytime

Nether Portals sending me thousands of blocks from home everytime I use then on my world. Also playstation version of minecraft is so unvearabley laggy
