Water Bucket Can’t Pick Up Associated Mobs Properly On Mobile

I‘ve had an issue with picking up mobs inside of water buckets, since they don’t seem to go in when I want them too. When I am submerged in water, I cannot pick up any fish or axolotls, unless they are on land or near a block.
