Realm Disconnect

While playing on realms server will disconnect everyone currently playing and reset to a random spot in the past. Sometimes the reset reverts back a few minutes, and sometimes the reset reverts a few hours. Once the reset reverted back 2 days, erasing all progress made during those days which was hours of play time. Cannot figure out what the cause is and thus dont know how to replicate.
