Cannot use the keyboard and mouse function properly.

Device: Realme 5 Pro

I have a keyboard connected through an OTG cable, the problem is, I can't move using WASD. I can move with the arrow keys but it settings it is mapped to WASD. 

 

Every other button works. also another problem I have is that I cannot remap any key.
