FPS suddenly drops from 60 to less than 10

I've playing minecraft on my pc without any performance problems, running at 50-60 fps

 

but during the gameplay, the game crashed and it froze my computer. So after rebooting my pc, the game started to run very slowly (1-10 fps) so i reinstalled it to try to fix and it didn't work

and i'm pretty sure that it's a bug since my pc is a Ryzen 5 3400G and has 12gb of RAM
